Review of Letterkenny and Environs Development Plan
Intended results
To achieve a sustainable, transparent, sequential, balanced zoning of lands so as to ensure the proper planning and development of the south side of Letterkenny in the area known as Leck Village. The town is sprawling out to the north and west and the lands to the South of Letterkenny are acknowledged by all as the priority area for appropriate development. Irish Water have now approved our pre planning and feasibility study to develop these lands
