Specific Details In person meeting with Minister Roderick O Gorman regarding the following programmes UBU, YIC YSG seeking a review of UBU Scheme Rules, the importance of YSG in the coordination of local youth services, increase of YIC funding nationally

Intended results Ref UBU Scheme a) Parity of esteem for all partners involved in the implementation of the scheme. b) Funded Organisations to be able to represent themselves directly to the DCEDIY (maybe through their parent body) c) Fair and transparent appeals process to deal with disputes between the Intermediary Body & Funded Organisations. d) Complaints/whistleblower policy should an issue arise with either the Intermediary body or the Funded Organisation. e) Review of financial rules on expenditure.
