Specific Details We are acting for the Voluntary Healthcare Forum which is a representative body for the voluntary hospitals in Ireland. At their instruction, we wrote to the Department of Finance and the Department of Health in relation to the Credit Stabilisation legislation between November 2021 and February 2022.

Intended results Confirmation that the Voluntary Healthcare Forum's members would not be included on a schedule to an update to a Statutory Instrument under the Credit Stabilisation legislation.
