Contacted high ranking ministers (Tanaiste and Housing Minister) regarding the lack of funding and out of control construction cost inflation which is inhibiting the completion of a 550 unit development in Coolock. Platinum Land Limited was looking for the ministers to advise personnel in the government to contact who may be able to help. The ministers subsequently ignored all emails and provided no help which is unbelievable considering the housing crisis engulfing the country. The development in question is not a luxury development and is aimed at the lower to middle income bracket who are the most exposed to the risk of homelessness due to the housing crisis.
