Specific Details Tetrarch Capital Limited met with Eoin O'Broin TD on 14th October 2022 to update him on plans for certain lands at Citywest Hotel, Co. Dublin, in the ownership of its affiliate, Cape Wrath Hotel Unlimited Company. A general discussion was also had on Tetrarch's affordable housing strategy and on unsuccessful submissions made by Tetrarch on behalf of Cape Wrath for the zoning of certain lands at Citywest Hotel under the South County Dublin Development Plan 2022-2028.

Intended results Tetrarch sought to make Eoin O'Broin TD aware of Tetrarch's work in the delivery of affordable and social housing and senior living in the Greater Dublin Area and its concerns about the lack of sufficient zoned, suitable and developable lands in South Dublin within the lifetime of the South County Dublin Development Plan 2022-2028 (and elsewhere in the Greater Dublin Area) to provide for much needed affordable and social housing and senior living.

The purpose of the meeting on 14th October 2022 was to have a discussion with Eoin O'Broin TD on Cape Wrath's plans for some of its lands at Citywest Hotel and to provide Deputy O'Broin with details of Tetrarch's track record of social housing delivery in the Greater Dublin Area and of its affordable and social housing strategy and senior living strategy for some of its lands at Citywest (and elsewhere in the Greater Dublin Area).
