Briefing to the Oireachtas Committee on Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth on Foster Care. The briefing was delivered by EPIC's CEO, Marissa Ryan, and two members of EPIC's Youth Council, Rory Brown and Lauren O'Toole.
