Collaboration with Cork City Council and Women's Caucus to deliver Pathways to Participation conference in Cork City Hall in November 2022. Collaboration with Offaly County Council to launch More Women Programme in Tullamore with local councillors, T.D's and Senators in attendance along with senior County Council staff.

Hybrid In Conversation Event where public official/leading politician is interviewed re topical issues relating to Women for Elections objective to remove barriers to political participation of women and to role model leadership styles to inspire more women to enter and succeed in Irish politics. Event held with Roisin Shortall T.D in September.
Informal communication (1)
Promotional stands and Conversations with Tanaiste Leo Varadkar, Ministers, Minister's of State, T.D.'s, local Councillors, MEP's and special advisers at the political party Ard Fheis's and Annual Conventions hosted by Fianna Fáil, Fine Gael, Sinn Féin and The Green Party. Focus on Traveller Cultural Awareness, recruitment for training programmes, WFE funding, quota's for local elections, maternity leave and remote voting.

Submission to Oireachtas Gender Equality Committee recommending Gender Quotas, Nested Ethnic Minority Quotas, Remote Parliamentary Constitutional Referendum, Amendment to change Article 41 in Constitution, Introduction of maternity leave for all politicians, tackling abuse in politics, funding for WFE and a national action strategy for 50/50

Presentation to Oireachtas Gender Equality Committee. Attendance at launch of Gender Equality Oireachtas Committee report launch

Contact with Advisers and Ministers to seek funding for Higher Education Programme.
