Q&A session with Minister Eamon Ryan TD on the Phase Two Policy Statement event organised by Wind Energy Ireland on 23 March 2023. At the event, Anita Murphy spoke
briefly with Robert McGuiness, Principal Officer, DECC regarding the Phase 2 process.
Anita Murphy briefly expressed doubt that declarations from applicants as to satisfaction of MAC merit criteria
in order to allow them to participate in ORESS was a sufficiently robust process.
