Event / Reception (1)

On 10 February 2023, IPRT's Acting Executive Director attended a reception at the British Embassy at which a number of key contacts within the criminal justice sector (such as the Irish Prison Service and Parole Board) were in attendance. Discussions with individuals present at the reception included: mental health in prisons; operation of parole; and the current situation of overcrowding in prisons.
