2 phone calls re homeless query to Cllr Fleming. One to discuss issue, one to let him know it had been resolved and we didn't need him his representation. 2 follow up phone calls re organising to meet re getting the Gender Change Form signed. I called to his place of work twice to get the forms signed (we omitted 1 signature, so I had to return).
