Specific Details Seeking to ensure that implementation of the new powers to prescribe forms of declaration for the purposes of each of sections 203-207 of the Companies Act 2014 (as amended by sections 16-20 of the Companies (Corporate Governance, Enforcement and Regulatory Provisions) Act 2024) would be done in a way that takes account of certain difficulties that would arise in practice on transactions involving declarations made prior to the date of the prescribing regulations.
