I am an Architect who has originated, developed and published speculative Design Proposals for sites in Ireland. Some pertain to semi state owned sites. Proposals may be found at my website below and all were self initiated with no input or influence from third parties. www.archiassets.com I requested a meeting with 1 or more Senior Personnel within the Dept. of Finance I suggested Mr Derek Moran or Mr Des Carville but there may be other more suitable / relevant persons. Intended Purpose of meeting was for general info/clarification purposes , as follows 1. To outline the backround to my design proposals 2. To provide clarification & information on the motivation & aspirations for proposals 3. To answer any initial queries that may arise 4. To obtain clarification (if possible) on the range of issues that may arise from the development of Intellectual property by individuals under current EU Procurement Legislation Outcome : awaiting response at time of making this return.
