Specific Details E mail communication requesting an opportunity to meet MEP Kelly to discuss the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive proposal and its potential impact on off-gas-grid rural energy consumers.

Intended results To share a new publication from the European Biogas Association and Liquid Gas Europe on the role of off-grid renewable gases in the decarbonisation of the EU’s rural building stock. To highlight a number of sectoral compromise amendment proposals which were shared with ENVI Committee members, which would determine the role of lower carbon liquid gas (LPG), and renewable liquid gas (BioLPG and rDME) in buildings in the future.
