On 04/09/2024 JS attended a call with other sub-committee members and Michael J McGrath where the issue of companies being taxed under Section 110 of the Taxes Consolidation Act, 1997, being assessed to tax on foreign source income on which foreign tax/foreign withholding tax has been suffered and for which credit relief is typically not available under Schedule 24 of the Act, was discussed.
