Intended results To have a government policy to recycle phosphorus from Domestic as well as municipal Urban Waste water without toxic metals or ingested pharmaceuticals By having enough recycled nitrogen and phosphorus happening that food prices in future would remain stable and affordable To significantly reduce the amount of Nitrogen and Phosphorus that enters aquifers and rivers in Ireland To ensure that trace levels of pharmaceuticals, antibiotics or nitrates do not enter the drinking water supplies of Ireland
