Intended results eir believes that security risks are best addressed through the already developed detailed ECSM regime underpinned by international standards, security testing and certification for network equipment. However, if Part 3 of the Bill is to be implemented then it needs to be moved to a more stable decision making based on clear, concrete, transparent, non-discriminatory and proportionate criteria.
